With over 17 years of experience working with children, young adults, families, and parents, I am currently completing my graduate studies in counseling and serving as an intern therapist. Over the years, I have held roles in both public and private school settings, church and parachurch ministry, nonprofit leadership, and have served on mental health panels. Most recently, I have led workshops for young adults on emotional regulation and resilience. My passion for therapy includes supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, marital challenges, postpartum challenges, and the impacts of emotional and spiritual abuse.
