I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor with over 15 years of experience helping individuals and couples navigate some of life’s most difficult challenges. I specialize in working with those who are carrying heavy emotional burdens, whether it’s the pain of betrayal, the heaviness of life, or the ongoing stress of unresolved conflict and disconnection in a relationship. A key part of my work involves helping clients shift perspective from hopelessness, fear or resentment to hope, peace and joy. Healing can feel daunting, but you don’t have to do it alone. In our work together, my goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel deeply heard and understood.
