I create a warm, judgement-free, safe and engaging environment through my intentionally casual vibe. Therapy doesn't have to be scary or uncomfortable. My clients consistently tell me that they look forward to our sessions. One client described feeling like our sessions could take place over coffee and bean bag chairs. I love that image. I walk along side of clients to help them sort through their past, clean up their present, and define new hopes (or reclaim old hopes) for their future. Whatever mental health or life challenges are present, I can help clients find a way forward.
