There will be a time in everyone’s life when additional assistance is needed to navigate life stressors/transitions. In therapy, I strive to help people regain the best version of themselves via increasing attunement with themselves and providing a space to process experiences. I primarily work with preteens(11-13), adolescents/teens(14-19) and young adults(18-25) who are seeking therapy in hopes of improving and better understanding their life.
