My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely supported, truly understood, and gently challenged to grow at your own pace. Some of my areas of focus include: - Individuals and couples - Trauma EMDR - First Responders / Nurses / Active Duty and Military Vets and family - LGBTQ+ support - Chronic Pain - ADHD and Neurodivergents - Foster and adopted children and parents As a lesbian woman and a former first responder, I want you to know that you don’t have to walk this path alone. Life can be incredibly hard sometimes, but you are never too much, and your story always matters. I’m here to stand beside you, to listen without judgment, to encourage you when things get heavy, and to support you.
