Hi there! I’m so glad you’re searching for the support you need and deserve. As a therapist, I believe that you are the expert in your own experience, and that you have a beautiful story to tell. I love working with clients who are willing to do the hard work of digging into the emotions and beliefs that keep us stuck in cycles of stress. My biggest passion is helping clients dismantle shame. I am a firm believer that we have all been directly affected by shameful messages about food, our bodies, and our sexuality, and I want for everyone to be able to experience freedom in these areas. I am experienced in treating eating disorders, anxiety, trauma, and depression. I love working with individuals ages 12 and up, and work collaboratively with parents and other practitioners to ensure that we are supporting healing together.
