Sometimes life has big hiccups, before sessions you may feel lost, sad, have big feelings, and stressors that have made life and situations difficult, but the therapeutic goal is to providing feeling supported, heard, and encouraged to start new adventures and journeys towards healing. I am interested in helping all sorts of individuals and groups! However, I am interested in helping you build yourself up, work on goals of self-esteem building, understanding your identity, empowering your self, healing from past hurts/traumas, and finding resources to work towards building positive relationships with yourself and also others!
