Hi there! As a therapist, I work with youth and adults using narrative and identity-focused approaches to help you discover and claim your strengths, passions, and stories. I hold anti-oppressive and trauma-informed frameworks in all areas of my practice, recognizing the ways that our intersectional identities and experiences shape our engagement with ourselves and each other. In addition to counseling practice, I am also an educator and facilitator working to co-create a more radically welcoming, inclusive, and kind world.
