I have worked with clients with various concerns, including depression, anxiety, grief, relationship issues, self-esteem, existential crisis, adjustment life issues, and stress management. I have also helped many people who have experienced traumatic life events. I always aim to create a safe and trusting space, so you feel free to discuss any type of concern or presenting issue. I believe in treating everyone with respect, cultural sensitivity, and compassion. I also believe that therapy is a collaborative partnership, and I don’t believe in stigmatizing labels where great transformation can occur when one is ready.
