I am an empathic, genuine counselor who offers my clients the space and encouragement to empower themselves to enact desired changes, growth, and healing. I believe in the uniqueness and worthiness of each individual. I view each person as having inherent strengths to help themselves through life’s struggles. I believe in human resilience and the ability to heal and move on; the power of choice in any situation; the importance of silliness, play, and humor throughout the life span; and, how crucial and foundational self-love and self-care are to building a healthy, happy life.
