My approach is rooted in a systemic and intersectional lens. I know that none of us exists in a vacuum. Our inner lives are shaped by our relationships, our histories, our communities, our cultures, and the systems we navigate. I work relationally and intuitively, with deep respect for the many inner parts you carry. Some protect. Some ache. Some long. Some resist. All of them have something to teach us. Healing is not about fixing what’s broken. It is about honoring the parts of you that kept you safe, while making room for new ways of being.
