Suffer no more. I welcome all women ages 20-50 struggling with painful memories; feeling stuck, depression, anxiety, feelings of guilt, shame and difficulty saying “no.” Therapy can be a safe, nonjudgmental space for you to communicate your deepest fears and frustrations. You may feel it’s finally time to take better care of you. I love teaching clients how specific parts their brains’ processes play a pivotal role in anxiety based thoughts and decision making. I am a patient, authentically committed therapist who takes the time to learn who you are. I also offer Christian based therapeutic approaches for those who request.
