If you are struggling, feeling overwhelmed, unable to motivate self, feeling isolated, anxious or depressed, in an unhealthy relationship, struggling with low self-esteem, dealing with loss, and not sure where to turn, I use a person-centered approach in my practice. We start where you are. I provide services for teens, adults and seniors. You no longer have to face your struggles alone. I provide a strength-based, trauma-informed approach in treatment and look forward to hearing from you so we can begin your healing process.
