While facing life transitions, coping with loss, exploring the past, preparing for the future, or navigating a host of mental, emotional, and physical human experiences, my clients seek therapy to safely establish healthy patterns, thoughts, and change. Clients tell me our work creates a healing relationship that fosters long term change as well as resolve of past traumas and conflicts "instead of a band-aid approach." We'll collaborate and create a tailored approach to meet your needs. I am welcoming to communities of color. You will receive empowering, holistic psychotherapy whether trans/cis, queer, heterosexual, or LGBTQI2PA. I enjoy working with adult, older adult, and young adult individuals to address various types of trauma, life transitions, anxiety, and grief. I have specialties in sexuality and sex therapy so provide relationship and sex therapy. I provide a gender affirming, trans competent space to trans and gnc clients.
