If you are someone who has experienced a history of complex trauma, and experiences depression, anxiety, or unwanted behaviors, I offer a space to engage your story with kindness and curiosity using effective tools to help you heal and grow. Carl Jung said, "We cannot change anything until we accept it. Condemnation does not liberate, it oppresses." We do not heal by white knuckling our way through behavior modification, but by engaging with and processing the wounds of our past. My passion is walking alongside people as they walk through their own heroic journey.
