Accepting new clients - We offer support across the lifespan and specialize in working with children (ages 4+), adolescents, couples and families. We use a variety of evidence-based cognitive and somatic approaches to support healing and growth. We work with anxiety, depression, emotional and nervous system regulation, trauma resolution, relationship and communication challenges, and support as people navigate life's various challenges. Through compassionate, individualized care, we help clients build self-awareness, strengthen resilience, and make intentional, congruent choices so they can live a more balanced, enjoyable life.
