Struggling with isolation, sadness, or anxiety? Want to become empowered to tackle your concerns head on? I'd love to work with you. I tend to see teenagers, young adults and adults across different cultures and orientations. My recent work has been in the LGBTQ+ population and with grief. I love working with both clients new to counseling in addition to those experienced. I aid my clients in setting realistic goals we can achieve together. My approach is tailored to your individual personality and past experiences. I enjoy helping clients struggling with depression, anxiety, a trauma history, relational difficulties, and more.
