Hi, I’m Logan! Sitting with another person and sharing the most vulnerable parts of yourself can bring up uncomfortable and unexpected emotions, but I find that it can also provide a sense of freedom and a foundation for change. I strive to provide a place in counseling where you can be seen as you are and have that be enough. I believe that it is natural to have difficulty navigating the world and our place in it, and that it is when we feel safe to share in these experiences that they begin to become manageable and personal growth can occur. I specialize in working with people who are neurodivergent, as well as adolescents and their families. My approach to therapy is person-centered and grounded in awareness of the mind and body. I utilize evidence-based treatments and encourage client’s feedback during the therapeutic process.
