I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and CSAT-Candidate who helps men struggling with compulsive sexual or porn behaviors, shame, and disconnection. Many of the men I work with feel torn between what they believe and what they keep doing in secret—successful on the outside, stuck in cycles they can’t control on the inside. They want freedom, honesty, and real intimacy—not quick fixes. Together we’ll get underneath the behavior and build a life rooted in integrity, connection, and purpose.
