Perhaps you are experiencing a great deal of pain, having the worst day of your life, or just looking for some help. I have years of experience helping people navigate crisis and feel better. I am a former EMT, crisis responder, and emergency psychiatric assessor. Depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and thoughts of suicide are all problems my clients have experienced and successfully addressed in therapy. I practice radical genuineness, where you get to be yourself and can expect me to do the same. I am a firm believer in the therapeutic power of copious swearing, unapologetic boundary setting, and being your authentic self. In my practice, there is a strong emphasis on nonjudgmental, unconditional positive regard, and evidence-based treatments.
