By blending present moment awareness of emotions, thoughts and sensations with in-depth exploration of touchstone experiences, we can learn more about what’s shaped who you are and what stands in the way of who you want to become. I seek to understand patterns of disruption, discomfort, and distress that can strain opportunities to connect with one's self, community, and the world.
