Reaching out to a therapist for problems such as ADHD, Anxiety, Depression or Autism Spectrum Disorders can be tough. Finding someone who is empathetic, experienced and effective is important to change! Over the last 20 years I have helped individuals and families with a wide range of issues, and have developed these specialties. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Family Systems theory, while adding an understanding of neuropsychological functioning to help my clients. These methods have been clinically proven and are evidence based treatments.
