My work is Heart Centered. Therapy is one of the most personal experiences you can have. I don't take lightly your vulnerabilities as you look into yourself, your hopes or the trust you place in me. My goal is to create an environment of safety, acceptance & respect, honoring individuality while helping you through your personal journey to celebrations of your heart. I work with adults/couples dealing with: anxiety, addiction recovery, ACOA, co-dependency, childhood abuse recovery, communication, depression, divorce, EAP, grief/loss, life transitions, personal growth, relationship issues, PTSD/ trauma, stress, women's issues.
