As a therapist with over 25 years of experience, I know a lot about pain and trauma. Our life stressors are tied to loss and can affect us in a negative way emotionally. It is my goal to provide you with a safe place by helping you feel empowered through the therapeutic process. My approach to counseling is Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Client centered, and Strengths Based focus. I tailor sessions to meet you where you are. I have experience in dealing with grief and loss, trauma, anxiety, depression, couples and marriage counseling, and other life issues. I have worked with military soldiers for the last 14 years.
