My ideal clients are individuals, couples, families, or caregivers navigating trauma, grief and loss — including traumatic loss — medical challenges, identity transitions, or intergenerational experiences. Many feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected and are looking for a compassionate space to better understand themselves and move toward healing. I work with clients ages 8 and older, including cancer patients and caregivers, as well as Jewish clients exploring identity and historical trauma.
