I approach my work with clarity, compassion, and a strong belief in each client’s capacity for growth. I work with individuals from age 10 to adulthood, supporting clients through relationship concerns, trauma, and emotional dysregulation. I have experience working with individuals and families to build stability, insight, and effective coping strategies. My therapeutic style is integrative and evidence-based, drawing from CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. I am a provisionally licensed professional counselor under the supervision of John Opalka, LPC and Dr. Meg Roetto, DMFT, LCSW.
