I believe that we all have the capacity to heal, thrive and build the life that we want to live. I avoid the stance that therapy is a place "to get rid of" or "fix" something. Instead I view therapy as a partnership and forum for gaining better understanding of ourselves. I provide a safe, supportive space for couples and individuals. Together we collaborate on how to optimize your experience of living life, your relationships, your work, and we continue to build on those skills. I am licensed in both the state of Washington and Louisiana and a Board Approved Clinical Supervisor in Louisiana.
