I welcome clients who make meaning through language as well as symbols and intuition. Astrology, tarot, Human Design, and similar frameworks may be used as reflective tools to support insight, never as diagnosis or prediction, and always within licensed psychotherapy. I offer trauma-informed, liberation-focused psychotherapy that integrates somatic work, IFS, and psychodynamic depth. I work with artists, creatives, and deep-feeling people navigating anxiety, identity shifts, relationship challenges, and emotional overwhelm. Our work is collaborative and paced, supporting regulation, self-trust, and meaningful change.
