In my practice I focus on helping clients achieve their goals in a safe, supportive environment. Working to increase their quality of life whether they suffer from symptoms of anxiety, depression or anger. Once able to let go of past unhealthy patterns clients can be free to live up to their highest potential. I have much experience working with clients of diverse backgrounds and enjoy the opportunity to do so.
