I also utilize Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT) which aims to process trauma-related symptoms and behaviors. As a therapist, I offer a safe and non-judgmental space using positive communication, a strengths-based approach, humor, and warmth to provide a comfortable setting.
