I have worked in a variety of treatment settings with children, adolescents, families, couples and adults. I have extensive experience treating clients who report anxiety, depression, exposure to trauma, increased stress, suicidal ideation, and complex family dynamics. I am here to help you on your journey towards feeling better and being the best version of yourself. I have been a Licensed Therapist since 2012. I have a MS in Counseling from UNT in 2010 and a BA from Texas A&M University. I incorporate Person Centered and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques to therapy. I also focus on a holistic approach to addressing issues with mental, physical health and overall wellness.
