Hi there, I’m Loren and I am glad you’re here! I’m excited to share a little about what I offer and how I can support you on your journey. I believe therapy works best when we meet you exactly where you are, with no pressure to be “ready” or have everything figured out. My role is to walk alongside you, explore and discover with you, listen without judgment, and help you uncover the strengths you already have, even if they feel hard to see right now. When I’m not in session, I love to sing, spend time with my cats, and try new things — all of which keep me curious, grounded, and energized for the work I do with clients.
