Over my 45 years as a family doctor, I've listened to my patients’ stories in the brief window of a 20 minute visit. I have been able to help many patients & families find solutions to their problems. Now as a therapist, I'm honored to offer time, space & presence to help you explore your inner world, heal old wounds & reconnect with your own light. I value our deep human connection & bearing witness to your journey. If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, trauma, or family conflicts, I offer the wisdom and insight gained through my years of practice & training.
