Do you find yourself feeling lonely, “not enough,” or disconnected from the people who matter most -including yourself? I help clients build healthier relationships, deepen self-understanding, and cultivate self-worth. I support teens, young adults, and couples through life transitions, relationship challenges, identity exploration, and rediscovery. I also work with anxiety, ADHD, and neurodivergence, helping clients build tools that honor how their brain works. I believe healing happens through connection - when we feel seen, understood, and accepted. In sessions, I aim to create a space that feels both grounding and freeing, where clients can safely explore their emotions, patterns, and hopes for change.
