I am a clinical psychologist specializing in the treatment of anxiety disorders and related issues. I focus on cognitive-behavioral therapy to address worry, stress, and anxiety. I have specialized training in evidence based treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder, body focused repetitive behaviors (trichotillomania - hair pulling - and skin picking/lip chewing), panic disorders, phobias, social anxiety and generalized worries. I work with clients age 19 years and older. I am a member of PSYPACT, an interstate compact facilitating telepsychology. I am licensed in Nebraska, Texas and Florida. I completed the International Obsessive Compulsive Foundation Behavior Therapy Institute, TLC Foundation for Body Focused Repetitive Behaviors Professional Training Institute, UPenn anxiety treatment trainings, observership at Mayo Clinic intensive ERP OCD treatment program, specialized training in Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), UPenn CBT-I training.
