I work with individuals and couples struggling internally or relationally, and who seek insight and change in their patterns. I work with a mindfulness towards the way we are shaped by our families of origin, culture, faith, community, and bigger systems. I work with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, self-harm, self-confidence, and attachment based trauma including CPTSD. I am particularly attentive to evolutionary and ecopsychology, sexual and somatic empowerment, parenthood, and nontraditional relationship styles. Clients I work with are often seeking ease, clarity, balance, and self-acceptance.
