One of the most important tools for successful therapy is the relationship between clinician and client. I believe in creating a judgment free atmosphere through empathetic listening skills and positive regard for the client. I utilize an eclectic combination of Person Centered, Strengths Based, CBT, Solution Focused, Motivational Interviewing, Reflective Listening, Emotional Processing, and EMDR to work with individuals from childhood to retirement in addressing issues with anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism, gender dysphoria, LGBTQIA+, trauma, grief, self-esteem, self-harm, and substance use/addiction.
