Hello! I enjoy and have experience in treating children, teens, families, couples and individuals of all socio-economic backgrounds and cultures. I specialize in treating teens and young adults who have experienced traumas and I believe in including family members whenever possible to create greater, lasting change within the individual and family dynamic. I also really enjoy working with women in all stages of life as they navigate life's many transitions. I am trained in eight Evidenced- Based Practices to treat symptoms related to depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, substance abuse and parenting difficulties.
