Therapy is a space to connect with your authentic self, explore emotions, and understand the unconscious drives shaping your life. Even painful feelings can act as compasses, guiding us toward deeper truths about our experiences, identity, and needs. I work with depression, anxiety, grief, disordered eating, identity concerns, emotional regulation, life transitions, intergenerational trauma, immigration experiences, and relationship difficulties with self and others. Whatever challenges you face, I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space for growth. My tone is gentle yet direct, and I welcome humor in the process.
