Hi, my name is Lorena Mendez. I am a Licensed Social Worker. I am certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Therapy to me is supporting others to achieve their goals. When I am not providing therapeutic services, I am working out or spending time with family and friends. I have experience working with adults, adolescents, and children. I have found that my approach to working with others in different age groups who are going through life changes and social stressors has been successful.
