I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working with a variety of populations, cultures, and age groups. I take into consideration: cultural background, age, religion, family dynamics, and attachment style. I'm mindful of trauma history or health issues associated with presenting mental health symptoms and/or behaviors. I welcome each client as they are, learning and understanding their needs. I take a CBT approach, along with mindfulness, trauma-informed therapy and solution-focused CBT. I pull from many evidence based therapies and apply an eclectic approach that best suits your needs and goals.
