Brene' Brown- I am a licensed clinical psychologist who is passionate about helping high achieving individuals who are the helpers, the fixers, the rescuers, and the ones who have a difficult time giving themselves permission to take a break. My focus is to collaborate with you to be more intentional in your decisions, develop healthy boundaries, build resilience, learn to rest in your vulnerability, and ultimately find pleasure in your self-care.
