As a Licensed Social Worker, the focus of my practice has been assisting client's in finding their true potential by overcoming life's obstacles and encouraging empowerment. I provide a safe, client centered approach to explore and navigate solutions. Throughout my career I have worked with all ages in community mental health and inpatient settings. I incorporate various types of treatment including CBT and DBT to achieve optimal health and wellness.
