Raised in Waldoboro, Maine. Received my doctorate from University of Hartford in CT. Though I have experience working with individuals of all ages as well as couples and families, I am currently only accepting adults with flexible schedules. I have been trained to assist individuals struggling to regain control of their lives after addiction, trauma, divorce, parental conflict, COVID, and societal BS/HS. I consider myself "eclectic" and use whichever model of treatment fits YOUR challenge. My style meets you where you are at and evolves with the pace YOU are ready for, WHEN you are ready.
