As a trauma informed therapist, we look beyond the present to understand the roots of what you are experiencing. I specialize in trauma recovery, depression, anxiety, life altering events and illness, life transitions, challenging or abusive relationships, self-esteem/self-worth, personal identity, and work-life balance.
