I am accepting new in-person and telehealth clients. My job is to work along side you to meet your mental health goals whether it be to overcome trauma and adversity or just improve mood and wellbeing. I have concentrated experience in helping individuals with co-existing physical and mental health concerns. You do not have to feel alone or that you have to justify your feelings. Feelings are not meant to be judged. Mental health care should be just as essential as physical health care. It is a healthy balance of both that allows us to be at our best. I am here to help foster your self-healing.
