Wherever you are in your journey, I am here to support you—with empathy, compassion, and a deep belief in healing through the transformative power of human connection. I've served in the US Army and my clinical background includes experience in substance use recovery, crisis response, and trauma work to include survivors of human trafficking, LGBTQ+ community, and justice impacted individuals, families, and communities. My approach is systemic, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and rooted in harm reduction.
