I am primarily an IFS therapist specializing in work with the LGBTQIA+ community. Therapy in my office is about amplifying your authentic voice over all the noise. Anti- racism and fighting all oppression is central to my practice. I’m neurodivergent and love working with others who fall into this category (with or without an “official diagnosis”).
