Everyone experiences problems. When they become severe enough to cause distress in your daily life it's time to do something. That's where I can help. My role is to assist you in gaining perspective on these problems in order to manage them and to have more fulfillment in your life. I have experience working with adults of all ages struggling with unsatisfying relationships, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, low self esteem, and career indecision/transition. In addition, I work extensively with college/graduate students and professionals. I try to make therapy affordable and goals reachable for you.
