When we experience hurts, abuses, traumatic events, or unhealthy relationships we learn to find survival mechanisms that served their purpose at the time but are no longer effective in the present. I use a client-centered approach tailored to meet your individual needs to find the best path to healing. I chose counseling as a career because I have had a life-long passion for helping people.
